Randy Sams’ Outreach Shelter in Texarkana, Texas, provides a safe and caring environment for adults who are experiencing homelessness or struggling to rebuild their lives. For more than 27 years, the shelter has opened its doors to men and women in need, offering not only food and housing but also life-skills classes, job training, prescription and transportation assistance, and case management. Through programs like Rapid Rehousing and individualized support, Randy Sams’ Outreach Shelter helps residents regain independence and stability with dignity and compassion—making a lasting, positive impact on the Texarkana community.
